What is Extended Plywood — Oversize?
Some applications cannot tolerate a horizontal joint: a three-metre wardrobe wall, a truck side panel, a single-piece exhibition wall. Extended plywood is our answer — core veneers are jointed and re-pressed so the finished sheet runs continuously to 6,000 mm long on a 1220 or 1250 mm width.
The core is assembled with scarf or finger joints staggered layer by layer, so no two joints sit above each other. Bending strength across the joint zone stays close to that of the parent sheet, and after finishing, the joint line is invisible under paint or veneer.

Joint quality depends on geometry. We stagger core joints between layers so the panel does not hinge along a single weak line.
Custom lengths without tooling fees
Lengths are set at the assembly stage, so a 3600 mm or 4800 mm sheet costs proportionally — not a special-order premium.
Straightness that survives transport
Long panels are packed on full-length bearers and steel-strapped at close intervals; oversize warp is a packing problem before it is a press problem.
WBP option for outdoor-adjacent use
Vehicle bodies and site-built structures can specify WBP glue for humidity exposure.
